By accessing and using LifeOS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
LifeOS is a productivity and cognitive load management platform that helps users optimize their work patterns, manage tasks, and prevent burnout through AI-powered scheduling and energy tracking.
Important: LifeOS is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The neuroScore and related features are designed for productivity optimization only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Architect Tier (Premium Service)
The "Architect Tier" is a premium subscription service that provides autonomous cognitive load balancing through advanced features including:
- Neural Slotting: Automatic creation of recovery periods after high-drain meetings via Google Calendar integration
- P2P Vault Sync: Encrypted synchronization of productivity data across your devices
- Unlimited AI File Extractions: Advanced document processing and task generation
- Cross-Device Focus Shield: Unified distraction-free environment across desktop and mobile
Architect Tier subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Account Security: Maintaining the security of your LifeOS account credentials
- Google Account Security: Maintaining the security of your Google account when using Google Calendar integration features
- Data Accuracy: Providing accurate information and keeping your account information up to date
- Compliance: Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Third-Party Services: Managing your own third-party service accounts (Google, etc.) and their security settings
Google Calendar Integration
When you connect your Google Calendar account, you grant LifeOS read-only access to your calendar events for the purpose of automated recovery buffer creation.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account
- Revoking access if you no longer wish to use this feature
- Understanding that LifeOS will create recovery tasks based on your calendar events
LifeOS adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. We do not store calendar event data beyond the current session's processing needs.
Medical and Health Disclaimer
LifeOS is not a medical or mental health service. The neuroScore, energy tracking, and recovery recommendations are productivity tools designed to help optimize work patterns and prevent cognitive burnout.
These features should not be used as:
- A substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- A replacement for mental health counseling or therapy
- A diagnostic tool for medical or psychological conditions
If you are experiencing persistent fatigue, burnout, or mental health concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LifeOS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of LifeOS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
LifeOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or business interruption.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
